I’m taking part in The May 50K. I will be taking on 50km throughout May and leaving my limits behind to raise funds for life-changing research into multiple sclerosis, better access to treatments and to support people living with MS in Ireland!
There are over 10,000 people in Ireland living with multiple sclerosis. At the MS International Federation and MS Ireland, it’s our mission to leave MS where it belongs, behind us.

This May, I’m taking on the 50K challenge for MS Ireland—that’s 50 kilometres of running over the month to support a cause that’s very close to my heart.
My best friend is living with multiple sclerosis, and I’ve seen just how tough and unpredictable it can be. Some days are better than others, but she faces it all with a quiet strength that people don’t always see—the kind that shows up in the small, everyday moments, even when things are hard. MS brings challenges that most people never have to think about, and yet she keeps going, adapting, and showing up in her own way every single day.
So I’ll be lacing up my shoes, getting my steps in (rain or shine! ☔️), and doing my bit to raise awareness and funds for people living with MS.
